All attendees can request to receive certificates of attendance for workshops and lectures, once workshop attendance hours are tabulated after the meeting. In addition, our staff will submit a list of PA attendees to the NCCPA database, within a few days after the meeting.

I am a Nurse Practitioner, are these CME hours AANP approved?
Yes, the CME hours awarded for the ENT for the PA-C Annual Conference are approved by the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), one of the authorized CME providers by the ANCC. For details, please visit http://www.nursecredentialing.org/RenewalRequirements.aspx.

Is it possible to register only for the workshops and not the overall conference?
Yes; such spaces are limited.

My employer is going to pay for my registration with a check. How do I register?
When you register online, fill in all the information and workshops choices and submit. Then send in your check to SPAO within seven days.  Should your employer require a separate invoice, please contact admin@entpa.org. Delay of payment beyond that time may result in deletion of your registration, and you may have to start over.

I’d like to try to share a room to save costs. How can I do that?
A web page has been developed on the meeting site. Go to http://entpa.org/room_sharing for leads. Remember there is a $25 per person per night additional room charge for more than 2 persons per room.   Occupancy maximum per room is FOUR.

When I log into my NCCPA profile, it doesn’t list my attendance at the ENT for the PA-C Annual Conference. How do I correct that?
For questions or concerns about your NCCPA login or profile, please contact Monique Starr-Young at the NCCPA via e-mail (moniques@nccpa.net) or by phone at 678-417-8134. Be aware that if your current name or address do not match NCCPA's records, the attendance data will not register.

I did not receive my CME certificate after completing the post-test. Who can assist me with obtaining a copy?
Please send an e-mail to SPAO’s Association Manager, at admin@entpa.org.
